1. License Type
License is per user meaning each user should have a unique license key. Each key allows up to two activations (one PC & one Flash drive). This means you can activate product license on your personal computer as well as portable USB storage device, doing so passcode manager will work on activated PC or other PC as long as Activated USB device is plugged on it.

2. Lifetime validity
There is no expiry date for the license, which means once our product is purchased, the user can run the application as long as they wish. No annual Subscription charges.

3. Freeware Limitations
a. New Entry/Record count limitation is set to maximum 6 in freeware edition. 7th entry onwards will not save to database. Freeware is released for Evaluation of our product, after that customer need to purchase ‘Standard’ or ‘Professional’ edition for unlimited entries.
b. No run time limitations

4. Feature updates
a. Free new updates on specific edition are available for all users

5. License Issue after Purchase
a. If you purchased passcode manager and the payment made successfully, we will send the product license key to your email which you provided at the time of purchase. In case our server failed to send the Email or you are not received the Activation key, please raise an issue on our Help desk: https://helpdesk.terabyteinfotech.com or write an email to support@terabyteinfotech.com
b. After getting license key and it’s not working, please raise an issue on our Help desk: https://helpdesk.terabyteinfotech.com or write an email to support@terabyteinfotech.com, we will track your details and reset for you

6. Bug fixing
a. After resolving the bugs, we will release new update. The user is notified if new software updates are available. This will work only if the user has active internet connection.

7. Activation process
a. All activations are online. Meaning you will need internet to activate. There are no offline activations
b. During activation process we will collect personal info such as email so we can send you the activation details. Please see our privacy policy

8. Licensing changes
a. We reserve the right to modify the licensing from time to time without notice
